For Home pick-ups, there will be additional fee of INR.200, which will be deducted from your credit note. Once the pick has been requested, a carrier will collect your package from your shipment delivery address within 2 days.

What secure payment gateway does Quaintessential use?
We use GoKwik to process payments, ensuring that your card data is never stored on their servers. All transaction data is encrypted and complies with PCI-DSS standards, ensuring the highest level of security. Your purchase information is only used to complete the transaction and is not stored thereafter.
Our payment gateway fully adheres to PCI-DSS standards, established by the PCI Security Standards Council, which includes leading brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

What should I do if my payment fails?
In case you have received a message of payment failure, you may try to place the order once again. However if your amount has been debited, please do not retry- chances are that your order has already been received to us. We will send you an email with the purchase confirmation once done.
My card payment is declined
We would request you to check with your bank, in case of insufficient balance and/or if your card is currently valid. You could also try clearing your cache and reattempting with a different card or bank account.
Money is debited but the order has not been confirmed
Please share your email id and the exact amount charged to us at quaintessential.home@gmail.com so that and we can quickly check at the payment gateway and will inform you accordingly.
Can I pay with 2 different credit cards?
Unfortunately we only accept one credit card for payment per order. However, if you wish, you could add all the products you like to your cart, and then purchase them in two or more distinct orders, using different cards or forms of payment
What if my card has been charged multiple times for the same order?
If your card has been debited multiple times at the payment gateway(s) while making a single purchase, write to us at quaintessential.home@gmail.com along with the screenshots of the transaction details, and we will resolve it for you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
What is your return policy?
We're happy to accept returns of unused items in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached) within 15 days of delivery.
We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. Please note that the return/exchange request will only be accepted once.

When can I expect a credit note?
For all accepted returns, we will issue a credit note immediately after we receive the product from your end which is valid online and in our stores for a year.
What is the return and exchange policy for sale items?
Any items purchased during the sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Unless you received them in a poor/broken/damaged condition, we will send you a replacement of the same product. In the event of non-availability of the product, we will issue you a credit note/refund.
What if I received a damaged product?
Please do not accept a delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or is damaged.
For order issues such as damaged or defective products, please initiate a return/exchange here within 48 hours of receiving the products.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery- charges & timing
1. We offer free shipping for all domestic orders above INR 1,000.
2. Charges are based on the final weight and volume of the package to be delivered.
3. We'll get your order to you as soon as possible! We're taking extra safety precautions with packaging and delivery but we will still aim to have your order with you within 5-7 business days.
4. In case you have not received your order within the advised time frame, we request you to raise the concern the same day of receiving the delivery confirmation notification from Quaintessential.
5. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard and express deliveries.
The money is debited but the order is not confirmed
In cases like this, your money is completely safe. Due to technical instabilities, the amount sometimes debits but fails to process at the payment gateway. When this happens the amount is usually reversed to the customer’s account within 24 hours. In the unlikely event that this payment went through, we will either process your order or refund the full amount to the original source of payment.
How are orders placed on Quaintessential delivered to me?
All orders placed on Quaintessential are dispatched through our own courier partners including the likes of Delhivery, Pidge, BlueDart, UPS, DHL, etc.
How do I track my order?
Registered Customer:

2. Click on your profile and go to My Orders
3. Click on the Order Details section to get the information on the Tracking Company, Tracking Number and Tracking Link

Who will deliver my order?
Pan India, we ship through registered courier companies like Delhivery, Pidge etc. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us.
Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package and email us at quaintessential.home@gmail.com or Call/Whatsapp us at +91 9880187070 Monday to Sunday, between 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST.
If I have placed two separate orders, can you combine the orders and offer reduced shipping rates?
Unfortunately, once your orders are placed we cannot combine multiple orders due to regulatory and compliance issues. Shipping will be applicable on every new order (if it does not fall under the free shipping criteria).
PRODUCT RELATED
I am unable to see the product online?
There is a high possibility that the product might have been sold out by the time you were exploring. You can click on the 'Notify me' tab to get any future updates on the same.
Want specific details of product material or any other product details
Please refer to the description/specifications details when you select and add a particular product in your booking cart.
Not getting the option to ‘notify me’
If you don't see an option to 'Notify me' tab, chances are that the product has been discontinued or not in production. We regret the inconvenience.
I had added a product to my shopping cart, it is not showing anymore?
Unfortunately, the items which you have added to your basket have been sold out
CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS
Can you cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled (whole/partially) only before they are dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and our regular return/exchange policies will be applicable.
Can I modify the shipping address of my order once my order has been placed?
Yes, your shipping address can be modified before the order is invoiced/dispatched. Once invoiced/dispatched, no changes can be made to the address.
CREDIT NOTE & VOUCHER
How do I use credit notes for making payments?
CREDIT NOTE
1. To redeem a credit note, we request you to sign in/login to our website with your registered email Id.
2. Select products you wish to purchase.
3. Come to the checkout page.
4. Fill in shipping information.
5. Do not enter credit note details in the gift voucher box.
6. Come to the payment page.
7. You will see a checkbox which says to use credits worth XYZ amount.
8. Select that box and then complete the balance payment.
VOUCHER
To use your voucher for an online purchase, enter the voucher number in the box given on the right side of the shipping page and click on Apply. Further, make any balance payment online via credit/debit card or net banking.
Terms & conditions
1. Credit Note option will appear only when you are in the signed-in status.
2. Do not copy-paste the credit note code to the gift card or discount code option.
3. You may also redeem them at one of our stores.
4. If your order value exceeds the balance amount on the credit note or the voucher, the balance must
be paid at checkout.
5. The same credit note can be used until the balance gets over.
6. No two vouchers can be clubbed. However, you may club a voucher with a credit note.
7. Vouchers will not be applicable during any periods of special pricing.
8. Validity of credit notes and vouchers cannot be extended.
10. If the payment was made using a credit note, a refund against the purchase will be in the same form.
11. The credit note/amount cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to Bank
